"There was clutter outside the building, trashy items. A faucet dripped in the bathroom. Cobwebs hung from above the counter, and there were unrepaired paint scrapes on the bathroom door moulding. The final straw was finding a taquito in the microwave. Good things were a good TV, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, etc."
